It is very rare for me to come across a book that I want to read over and over again.
I believe that the record broke with the book by Robert Greene: The 48 Laws of Power.
The book is made even easier to digest multiple times because of the audio version, which I bought from one of the audio book sites.
Why do I like this book? It is a walk behind the curtains, behind the scenes, behind the front-lines, to see how people of power operate, and the techniques that they have developed to gain - and retain power.
You are probably thinking: A book like this should be for the power-hungry sadists out there. It should be for those who want to gain the unfair upper hand in society, who want to learn how to finagle, cheat, and undermine. In fact, it should be recommended only for the amoral.
You are thinking that because you have not read it yet. True, there are those who would take these techniques to the limits of immorality. However, imagine the good that could be achieved by those who would use it for the benefit of climbing out of the many pitfalls that tend to arise in the world we live in?
Take a moment to check out the book, see the reviews on Amazon - Heck, buy a copy.
